Donn established Scott & Associates in 1997 via an acquisition of McAbee & Company owned by the late William McAbee, CPA and later acquired Thomas B. Riggs, CPA accounting practice in 2009. Scott graduated from Florida State University, Magna Cum Laude, with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting and a Master of Accounting.

Jennifer Thomas

Lives in NC and works remotely while also working from the FL office often. She is the mother of 3 grown children, Jenna, Callahan, and June. Has 25+ years of accounting and tax preparation experience. She loves Jesus, gardening, reading, and traveling.

Shawn Fleming

Shawn Fleming brings 25+ years of experience in accounting and tax preparation to our firm. Her extensive experience with outsourced accounting has made her a seasoned accountant with all manner of industries. When she had her own business, she specialized in restaurant accounting and property management. Shawn lives with her 2 dogs, Lady & Georgia, and her Significant Other, Matt.

Sarah Casel

Sarah brings over 18 years of customer service experience and a love of numbers to her role as the Administrator Assistant. She is currently in the middle of getting her degree in Business Administration and has been an asset since she started with us in March of 2023.
